The De Havilland Mosquito was a British twin-engine, two-seat WW II military aircraft that entered service in 1941. It was produced in many versions and quickly became a valuable aircraft capable of long flights. Regarded as one of the most successful fighter-bombers used during World War II, it was hailed as a wooden wonder by RAF pilots. Although the Mosquito was a modern machine, it was mainly made of spruce wood, plywood and balsa and covered with canvas.
Built on a 1:32 scale platform, the model consists of 710 high-quality COBI construction blocks and features many moving parts such as rotating wheels with rubber tires, moving propellers and ailerons, while the included pilot figure can be placed in the cockpit.
