LCM3 1/16 Scale Landing Craft from Bancroft - RTR - BNC1006-003

Bancroft's military series of RC vessels introduces the 1/16 scale LCM3 Landing Craft. The Landing Craft Mechanized (LCM) was a landing craft designed for carrying vehicles. They came to prominence during the World War II, landing troops and tanks during Allied amphibious assaults including D-Day in Normandy, 1944.
Display this vessel on your mantle or astonish your RC boat club with this functional RTR (Ready to Run) RC landing craft. Delivered Ready to Run (RTR), the landing craft can be operating within minutes of arrival, using the included 2.4Ghz radio transmitter and 2s Li-Ion battery. Only four AA batteries and minimal assembly is required.
This Landing Craft is in the same 1/16 scale as our Heng Long tanks, specifically the 1/16 scale M4 Sherman. Transport and deploy your 1/16 scale Sherman tank to the beachhead! Interior tank compartment dimensions are 24" x 8.5" (61cm x 21.6cm)

Requires:
- Four (4) AA-sized 1.5V dry cell batteries, Alkaline or NiMH - we recommend Admiral AA NiMH 2600mAh rechargeable batteries
- Ballast weight (3325-3675 grams depending on user's preference and if a 1/16 scale M4 Sherman tank is being transported)
Bancroft model boats are molded and hand finished using very intricate details and parts including metal, wood, plastic, and fiberglass. Because of their hand made nature, minor imperfections in the fiberglass, metalwork, or painting may exist. These potential imperfections will not affect the seaworthiness of the vessel or the overall scale boating experience. Bancroft scale RC boats are fragile so care should be taken when moving or transporting your model.
Some of the electronics in this Bancroft boat, including the Battery, ESC, Motor, and Receiver, are NOT intended to get wet; they are NOT water resistant. If any of these electronic components get wet and you attempt to operate your model, the water can cause an electrical short-circuit and void your warranty. In the rare instance that you get water inside your vessel, you should drain the water completely and allow all electronics to fully dry before attempting to operate your model.
