Do you offer same day shipping?

While Motion RC makes every attempt to ship orders on the same day they are placed, during peak periods we must prioritize the shipment of orders based upon the shipping method chosen by our customers. On peak days we will ship FedEx Next-Day Air and USPS Priority Express packages first, followed by FedEx 2nd-Day Air and USPS Priority Mail, followed by FedEx 3-Day Select and FedEx Ground. Once all the paid shipping orders are shipped, we process all orders which have selected Free Shipping or Super Saver Shipping as the shipping method.

The cutoff for same day processing of expedited shipping orders is 2pm Central Time Monday through Friday. Expedited shipping includes FedEx 3-Day Select, FedEx 2-Day Air, FedEx Next Day Air, FedEx Worldwide Expedited, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. If it is after 2pm and you would like your expedited shipping order processed, please call (do not email) our customer service department at 1-224-633-9090, and a representative will advise you if same day shipping is possible. Please note that our shipping carriers leave our warehouse at approximately 4pm Monday through Friday, so no orders can be shipped after this time and no orders are shipped on the weekend. 

IMPORTANT - If you want to ensure the fastest possible processing time of your order, especially during peak days (Mondays) and peak season (November to December), we strongly recommend that you choose a paid shipping option during checkout.
