German Tiger I Mid-Version Camo 1/16 Scale Heavy Tank - RTR from Torro - TOR11503-CA
A Tiger I is an ideal subject for discerning RC tankers. This Torro Pro Edition impresses with a handmade airbrush finish of outstanding quality and 2.4 GHz circuit board technology with integrated loudspeaker. Due to its robust weight (almost 7Kg), this model has superior driving characteristics, especially in difficult off-road conditions. The high-quality tracks, drive and idler wheels as well as the road wheels, the lower hull, and the turret are made from metal, while detail accessories and matching stickers perfectly round off the true-to-scale replica.
The Tiger I is equipped with the IR battle system, which enables interactive battles with other Torro tanks, as well as other tank brands. The Tiger I features powerful motors with optimized torque to deliver a precise and smooth steering system, while the metal gears with a revised and ratio improve power and top speed. The proportional control allows the tank to start very slowly and increase the speed smoothly. In addition to operations common to most RC tanks, Tiger I can lift and lower the gun and rotate the turret 360 degrees (endless rotation). Various engine noises, gun recoil, flashes of light while firing, and smoke fumes from the mufflers round off this incredibly realistic experience.
This version is delivered as RTR (Ready to Run), meaning it is fully functional out of the box. Requires 6 AA Alkaline batteries for transmitter (not included).

Torsion Bar Suspension Unlike simpler models with basic spring suspension arms, this Torro tank features a torsion bar suspension system that functions like the real tank! Torsion bars impart positive downforce on the tracks at all degrees of rotation, resulting in significantly improved traction over uneven terrain. |
