Version Info: This model is an FTR ("Futaba Transmitter Ready") which includes battery, S.Bus receiver and charger. You will need a Futaba S-FHSS compatible radio to bind to the model.

With special introductory pricing, Motion RC is introducing a new line of small planes. This 400mm Micro FTR iconic P-40 Warhawk from Skynetic is a terrific airplane for beginners and advanced pilots alike. The ultra-light flying weight allows you to fly it in virtually any environment with some open space from backyards to parks and more. With the help of the built-in, versatile and smart flight control board, this plane makes it possible for almost anyone to learn to fly successfully, without worrying about losing control and crashing. Built with highly damage-resistant EPP foam, these micros go the extra mile to ensure a level of safety and confidence not commonly found with other types of foam. This Skynetic P-40 can be flown in beginner 6 axis mode, 3 axis mode, or the gyro can be completely turned off with the touch of a button on the transmitter (RTF version only).

Designed for ease of maintenance, the detachable wing grants access to the servos and control board, if they ever need to be repaired or replaced. The motor and motor mount, prop and prop saver, and landing gear are also easily removed using a glue-free assembly.

If I bind this to my Futaba radio, can the 3 flight modes be set up on a switch?

If I buy 1 RTF version can I add additional airplanes in the FTR version and rebind the same RTF transmitter to multiple FTR airplanes, each time I fly a different airplane?

Flying scale and with 300ft (looks super real off in the distance) and 10 - 20 ft show passes combined with realistic high alpha landings (nose up, touching the main gear first like real ones) is where this aircraft SHINES to me. Great Job Freewing! Although I’m not recommending flying in these conditions, the aerodynamics of this aircraft allow it to slice through 10 mph wind with 15-20 mph gusts no problem (I did this with gyro with aileron and elevator gains of 15%-20%). If you follow the instructions there is a high chance you need zero trim for stable flight.

This isn't a 3D machine, and it's so stable you really don't have to worry about coordinating turns, so it's not necessary. *Excellent* fit and finish. 3S is more than ample and makes the balance easy to nail. The smiles per dollar are hard to beat! NOTE: READ the update on the ESC - it's a very robust and feature-packed unit, but will confuse the uninitiated without the background, and may give the impression that there is an issue if you just try to bind it with your throttle set to minimum.

            This is a beautiful plane. I am surprised that it isn't a best seller. It went together well and the simple paint scheme allows for easy customization.

By the upgraded gear for the 6S model and you're set. The only thing I did is this baby was clear coat and paint the rockets to match the color scheme. The gyro system is really unique no annoying beeps just A nice bright blue and green light letting you know which mode you're in. Very impressed!!!!
